Dis-ease of the mind leads to disease of the body. Giving your mind time to unwind is an important part of your overall well-being. Without it your body will give out, probably much sooner than if you had taken the time to slow down.
The older we get, the more we realize that we don't have to tolerate less than stellar relationships or outdated concepts. Those relationships include the one we have with ourselves. Those out of date concepts include self-deprevation. Isn't it time you started taking care of you? The correct answer is "yes".
